RETURNS AND REFUND

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, you may contact us through sales@farmtofolk.ph so we can address your issue with the your purchase. Please send us the details and photos of the item that you wish to return. We will conduct an investigation on the purchase which can be subject for return and/or refund.

RETURNS

All returns must be processed within 5 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund if applicable within 3 days.
